Do I get the free bet stake back in my winnings?

Any returns from a free balance are paid exclusive of the stake.

Do I have to use my free bet all at once?

No. The balance can be split into multiple bets on any event of your choice. Any returns will be paid exclusive of stake. Please also be advised that the free bet will expire after 30 days.

What happens if my free bet is a Non Runner?

If your Free Bet is placed on a non-runner, the bet will be made void and the stakes returned to your Free Bet balance.

Why didn’t I get a New Customer Sportsbook free bet?

As a new customer of StanJames.com, we will match the stake of your first bet (at Evens or greater) with a free bet up to the value of £150 (or currency equivalent) once it has been settled.

The cumulative odds of the selections on your first qualifying bet must be EVENS or greater. If the odds of the selections on your first bet are less than EVENS, your next bet at EVENS or greater will qualify for the deposit bonus.
