It's back again for the new season.
Our new sponsors Boylesports have given us a total of £600 in free bets to be used as prizes for the 2011/2012 season with the possibility of extra funds if we reach a certain amount of referrals.
£75 in free bets will be given out to the top 2 predictors each month, 1st = £50 and 2nd = £25.
If we reach a set amount of referrals, Boylesports will add extra funds to the competition which will then be used as a prize for the overall winner at the end of the season.
Everyone is more than welcome to join, and you can take part at any time during the 2011/2012 season.
The only requirement is that you must sign up for a Boylesports account via any of the links or banners on the Punt365 site/forum. This way there's a good chance of that extra prize-fund. If you already have a Boylesports account, then you must have at least 20 meaningful forum posts before you are eligible.
Once you have created a Boylesports account post your username in here so we can confirm.
This season the competition will be on the English Premier League fixtures only. The SPL fixtures will be left open to predict on but points gained from them will not count in the competition.

The Punt365 Predictor is a FREE TO ENTER tipster competition where you predict the scoreline of each of the games in both the English Premiership and the Scottish Premier League in our advanced Prediction system. You are awarded points for correct scoreline, correct margin of goals and win outcome (see points system below).
How do I win this thing?
Points mean prizes!
Point system:
0 Points for a completely wrong bet
1 Points for a properly guessed match winner
2 Points for a correctly guessed match winner and goal difference (Winning team/Losing team)
3 Points for a exactly guessed match result
Ok, where do I win this thing?
When you are logged into the forum simply click on "Predictor" in the menu bar or "Football Predictor" on the forum homepage, this will take you to our Predictor system where each game is displayed and you enter your prediction on each game. Please ensure you click "Save" or else your selections won't be submitted. You can change your selections any time up until the match kicks off.
All results are fed into the system automatically and points awarded and updated accordingly. Everything is automatic. It's the norm in these types of competitions for people to forget to make their selections, so we've set the system up to PM and Email you if you have unplaced bets on any matches. We will have a small widget on the right side of the forum displaying the top predictors, for all other information please visit the Predictor page.
What's the rules?
1. Anyone can play but to be eligible for prizes you either have to a) Sign up for Boylesports via any of the links on the Punt365 website or b) Have at least 20 posts on the forum.
2. In the event of a tie-break, whoever has predicted the most correct scores during the month will win, if both are equal then the prize for the month will be shared.
You can join in the competition any time you like, there are no deadlines or restrictions.
